1. Don't think just go for it - I find the worst part is before found anything I'm scared of because so many thoughts go through my head and they aren't normally good so I just close my eyes and take a deep breathe and just jump into it whether it's speaking infront of a large crowd or going on a rollercoaster.
2. Having a friend with you - I recently travelled to India which was a 9 hour flight and I was so scared on the way out there that I had 3 panic attacks! My friend was there and was so helpful because just knowing they were there was calming.
3. Think rationally - the problem with fears is that we all just get caught up in what might happen we forget that it probably won't and that we're fine for the most part.
I hope that things get easier but just remember it's perfectly normal to be scared just breathe and don't worry too much everyone has there own fears.
